POP Casino Night
Wednesday 13 June, 7:00 pmThere was an air of intimacy at Babble the night of the last POP event. Groups of supportive ‘Poppets’ crowded the roulette and blackjack tables where chips were excitedly bet, and knowing glances were leisurely exchanged between expert spectators as the stakes grew high. For those less risk-inclined, the delicious food and wine were, as always, a safe bet, allowing for an enjoyable social. Superb prizes were won by the lucky and the brave, including POP memorabilia, a hairstyling session and of course POP’s signature prize of champagne. Even those who didn’t win were given a slice of Andy’s chocolate birthday cake. Thanks so much again to those of you who made it and for all your contributions.
